1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to our AI Music Generation Platform (the "Platform"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Service Description
The Platform provides an AI-integrated environment for music creation:

Music Generation: The core audio engine is powered by Kunlun Tech's Mureka foundation model.

Creative Agents: Lyrics generation and style prompt optimization are assisted by third-party AI models including ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and DeepSeek. You acknowledge that the Platform acts as a creative tool and that the output quality depends on the algorithms and your inputs.

3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities and content generated under your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Output: Subject to your compliance with these terms and our subscription policies, your rights to the generated audio and lyrics are determined by your plan level.

You retain all rights and ownership to your User Content (including custom lyrics) that you upload to the Service.

License Grant: You grant the Platform a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to host, store, and analyze your generated content for the purposes of providing and improving our services.

Due to the nature of artificial intelligence, providing the same or similar prompts may result in the generation of similar outputs. You acknowledge that other users may provide similar inputs and receive similar outputs.
 
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, Meloty AI hereby assigns to you all of its right, title, and interest in and to the specific Output generated by you. Meloty AI will not resell or license your specific generated content to other users.
 
The generation models are trained to respect copyright. However, if you use the Platform to deliberately mimic a protected work or generate content using protected lyrics without authorization, you act at your own risk.

5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to create or distribute:

Content that infringes on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights (e.g., using copyrighted lyrics as prompts without authorization).

Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or contains hate speech.

Any material intended to disrupt the integrity of the Platform or our third-party model providers.

6. Disclaimers
Output Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or biases. The Platform provides the service "as is" and disclaims all warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any generated content.

7. Modifications and Governing Law
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
