Thank you for choosing MelodyAI. Since we provide digital services and virtual products (credits), please carefully read this refund policy before making a purchase.
1. Subscription Services
Our subscription services (such as monthly/annual memberships) offer automatic recurring billing.
  • Refund Request Period: If you are not satisfied with the subscription service, you may request a refund within 7 days after the subscription is successfully activated. We will fully refund your current subscription fee.
  • How to Apply: Please contact us within this period at feedback@meloty.ai, explaining your refund request and reason.
  • Exceptions: After the above period, we generally do not provide refunds for subscription fees. However, if you encounter unresolved technical issues, we still encourage you to contact us and we will do our best to resolve them or offer alternative compensation (such as extending your membership period).
2. Credit Recharges
Credits are used to purchase music generation times or other paid features separately.
  • General Rule: Since credits are virtual currency that is immediately credited to your account and available for use, refunds are generally not provided after successful recharge.
  • Unused Credits: If you still have unused credits in your account and decide not to use our services anymore, we do not provide refunds that convert credits back into cash.
  • Incorrect Recharge: If you need a refund due to an operational error (such as recharging the wrong amount or duplicate recharge), please contact us immediately (usually within 24 hours) for assistance. We will verify the situation and handle it on a case-by-case basis.
3. Technical Issues
If you are unable to use paid services due to significant technical failures on our part, and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you are entitled to request a refund or compensation for the affected portion of the service.
