Thank you for choosing Meloty AI. Since we provide digital services and virtual products (credits), please carefully read this refund policy before making a purchase.
1. Subscription Services & Cancellation Our subscription services (Monthly/Annual memberships) offer automatic recurring billing.

How to Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time. The "Cancel Subscription" button is located at the bottom of the Subscription/Billing page. Canceling prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. You will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Digital Content Waiver: By purchasing and immediately accessing Meloty AI’s generation services, you acknowledge and agree that you gain immediate access to digital content, and therefore waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) under EU/UK and other applicable consumer laws.
2. Refund Eligibility & Usage Thresholds If you are not satisfied with the subscription service, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction. Eligibility and the refund amount are strictly determined by your credit usage:

Full Refund (<5% usage): If you have consumed less than 5% of your plan’s credits, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.

Pro-rated Refund (5% - 50% usage): If you have consumed between 5% and 50% of your credits, a partial refund will be issued proportional to the remaining unused credits.

No Refund (>50% usage): No refunds will be issued if more than 50% of the plan’s credits have been consumed.
3. Irreversible Actions (No Refund Policy) IMPORTANT: Regardless of the usage percentages mentioned above, NO REFUND will be granted if you have performed any of the following actions:

Downloaded any audio files (including but not limited to MP3, FLAC, or WAV Stems).

Downloaded the Commercial Copyright Certificate for any generated track.
These actions constitute full consumption of the product’s core value. Digital assets and commercial rights once delivered cannot be revoked.
4. Technical Issues & Credit Reimbursement We strive for a seamless experience, but technical issues can happen.

Automatic Return: If a generation fails or a system error occurs, credits are usually returned to your account automatically.

Double Credit Reimbursement: If credits were deducted due to a bug and not returned automatically, please contact us at feedback@meloty.ai. Once verified, we will provide a 2x (double) reimbursement of the lost credits to your account.

Core Service Interruptions: In the event of major technical failures or core service downtime on our end, we will evaluate the situation and provide credit compensation accordingly.
5. How to Request a Refund
The fastest way to request a refund is directly through your Account Settings. When you click to cancel your subscription, if your purchase was made within the last 7 days, a "Request Refund" checkbox will appear on the cancellation screen. Simply check this box and complete the cancellation. Once submitted, we will review your request and process your eligible refund within 7 business days based on your usage thresholds. (Note: This option will not be available if you have exceeded the usage limits or downloaded files).
6. Final Decision All refund matters are ultimately reviewed and decided by Meloty AI based on the specific circumstances of this policy. We reserve the right to refuse requests that we believe abuse the refund policy.
